Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Korlien provides web development, AI automation, and consulting services on a project or retainer basis. These terms apply to all client engagements unless a separate signed agreement overrides them.

2. Payment Terms

Standard project payment terms require a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due on delivery or per agreed milestones, as outlined in the project proposal or statement of work.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scope Changes

Scope changes requested after work has commenced may affect the agreed pricing and timeline. Any material change to project scope will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Korlien assigns ownership of all deliverables produced specifically for the client to the client. Korlien retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools, libraries, and platforms used in the delivery of services remain subject to their own respective licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Korlien is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any delivered work. Korlien's total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where services are delivered. Where no jurisdiction is specified, they default to the laws of the operating territory of Korlien at the time of the engagement.
