Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

A deposit is required before any project work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The deposit covers initial planning, research, and the commitment of time reserved for your project.

If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, the deposit may be refunded at Korlien's discretion.

2. Project cancellations

Clients may cancel an ongoing project at any time by providing written notice to Korlien. Upon receipt of notice, work will cease and a final invoice will be issued covering all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any payments already made beyond the work completed will be refunded. Any outstanding balance for completed work is due within 14 days of the final invoice.

3. Completed work

Work that has been completed and delivered is non-refundable. If you have concerns about delivered work, please contact Korlien within 7 days of delivery and we will work to address them within the agreed scope.

4. Retainer arrangements

For ongoing retainer arrangements, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Work completed within the final notice period will be billed at the agreed retainer rate. Any pre-paid retainer fees covering work not yet commenced at the time of cancellation will be refunded.
